To achieve perfection, i've customized 21 moulds specifically for novelties.
Combined with KAP's minimalist and modern legends, this upgrade better showcases the seamless fusion of retro theme and contemporary elements in MacOS.

About Process
Keyreative can use a ‘hybrid’ dyesub/injection moulding technique (illustrated in the cutaway image).
An initial shot of white PBT is first used to create the legends, before colours are added using a dyesub technique. Finally, the outer keycap is moulded as a second shot. This allows using a much wider variety of colours on a single keycap (as with dyesub), but with the crisp legends of doubleshot moulding.

此处划重点后面要考，介绍下关于键设局PBT二色+热升华的新工艺。
此工艺并非传统意义上的在键帽表面直接进行热升华处理，以达到多色的目的。
如左（上）图所示，在二色键帽包胶前，先将所有图案（白色部分）开模，然后将彩色部分进行热升华上色，覆盖白色底色，最后再将蓝色部分包胶。
这样做不仅可以达到多色的目的，而且不会像传统的二色+热升华或者UV印刷一样出现印歪、晕染或者表面凸起的情况，并且用二色开模的成本达到三色四色甚至十色注塑的效果。突破了传统键帽只能最多做三色注塑的瓶颈。
